What Happens to Collected Materials?

Following collection of plastics waste from farmers at bring-centres, they are:

  • taking to permitted waste storage facilities where they are further inspected and baled
  • taking from waste storage facilities to recycling facilities for recycling into pellet
  • Recycled pellet is used to manufacture a range of new products, including, containers, sacks, garden furniture and piping.
